Return & Refund Policy

At SIMURGH WATCH, we want you to feel confident with your purchase. If you are not fully satisfied with your order, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

• Unused and unworn
• Undamaged
• In its original packaging
• Returned with all included accessories, manuals, tags and documents, if applicable

Items that show signs of use, damage, modification or missing packaging may not be accepted for return.

How to Request a Return

Please include your order number, full name and the reason for your return request.

Do not send your item back before contacting us. Return instructions and the return address will be provided after your request is reviewed and approved.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective, damaged or incorrect.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service. SIMURGH WATCH is not responsible for return packages that are lost or damaged during shipping.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please note that it may take several business days for your bank or payment provider to complete the refund.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Non-Returnable Items

The following items may not be eligible for return:

• Items that have been used or worn
• Items that are damaged by the customer
• Items returned without original packaging
• Items returned without approval
• Items missing accessories, manuals or documents

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Customs fees, import duties and local taxes are the responsibility of the customer when applicable. These charges are not controlled by SIMURGH WATCH and may not be refundable.
